OCHO Futsal Named Official Member of the Southern California Futsal Association

OCHO Futsal is proud to announce that we have been named an official member of the Southern California Futsal Association (SCFA) a major step forward for the growth and development of futsal in Southern California.

The SCFA serves as a governing body that unifies futsal organizations across the region with a shared mission: to grow the game through collaboration, structure, and a clear development pathway for players of all levels.

Building a True Futsal Pathway in SoCal

The SCFA is committed to establishing a connected network of like-minded futsal clubs that work together to elevate standards and provide meaningful opportunities in three key areas:

Training Programs

All affiliated clubs operate with an established curriculum that is continuously evaluated and refined to improve the overall quality of training. The focus is on technical development, tactical understanding, and long-term player growth in an intentional futsal environment.

Playing Opportunities

SCFA clubs provide structured competition for all levels — from recreational to advanced players. Matches and leagues are organized by skill level to ensure competitive balance and meaningful development experiences.

Events

Affiliated clubs collaborate on camps, showcases, tournaments, and special events designed to further expose players to high-level competition and development opportunities.

OCHO’s Commitment

OCHO Futsal currently has nine teams competing in Season 1 of the SCFA League and is excited to continue expanding. Our goal is to provide even more players with access to high-quality futsal training and competition within a structured, development-focused system.

We believe this partnership strengthens not only our club, but the futsal landscape in Southern California as a whole.
