OCHO Futsal is rolling out its Fall 2026 Plan, designed to give more players the opportunity to experience futsal, compete consistently, and be part of the OCHO Club experience.
The goal is simple: create more opportunities to train, compete, and gain meaningful futsal experience.
Fall 2026 Teams
OCHO plans to form teams in late August and early September across the following age groups:
B20 • G20
B19 • G19
B18 • G18
B17 • G17
B16 • G16
B15 • G15
B14 • G14

Once teams are formed and finalized, teams will train weekly and compete in the SCFA League, beginning in late September. The league will provide consistent competition and give players the opportunity to apply what they work on in training.
Along with weekly training and matches, OCHO will continue to provide the club experience our players and families know, including team meetings, sports action photos, media days, match preparation, and a professional club environment.

Building Players at Every Level
Head Coach Daniel Ortega had this to say about the Fall 2026 Plan:
“We want more players experiencing the OCHO Club experience. We believe we offer one of the best opportunities for players to develop, improve, and enjoy futsal. We will be forming teams at all levels: Select, best for players in MLS Next, ECNL, and Flight 1; Development, best for players in ECRL, MLS Next 2, and Flight 2; and Recreational. We know we can positively impact players not only by improving them technically, but by strengthening their mentality and giving them an experience they won’t experience anywhere else.”
Preparing for Copa Toque
The main focus this fall is preparation. We want our players getting consistent futsal experience while our teams build chemistry, compete, and develop throughout the season.
Everything we do this fall will lead toward Copa Toque at the end of the year. OCHO plans to bring multiple teams to the event and use the fall season to fully prepare for the level of competition, with teams coming together from across the country and internationally.
The plan is simple: form teams, train consistently, compete in SCFA, and prepare for Copa Toque.
