Non-Refundable. Any payment made to OCHO Soccer or DOiii Football LLC in accordance with the event shall, once they are paid, not be refundable nor creditable for any reason whatsoever, unless otherwise expressed by OCHO Soccer or DOiii Football LLC.*

I acknowledge that my son/daughter derive personal satisfaction and a benefit by virtue of my participation and/or voluntarism with OCHO Soccer, and I willingly engage in OCHO Soccer events and/or other soccer related activities (the “Activity”).

This is a I hereby release, waive and forever discharge any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature against ocho soccer and its affiliated partners and sponsors, including in each case, without limitation, their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents (the “released parties”), either in law or in equity, to the fullest extent permissible by law, including but not limited to damages or losses caused by the negligence, fault or conduct of any kind checkbox.

Additionally I give my consent and approval for pictures and name to be printed and used in OCHO Soccer publications and/or video.*
